Leaflet	1.9.4	gui/static/vendor/leaflet-1.9.4/	BSD-2-Clause, see gui/static/vendor/leaflet-1.9.4/LICENSE

The screenshot docs/images/nnpm_local_mode.png shows map tiles rendered from OpenStreetMap data, © OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database Licence (https://www.openstreetmap.org/copyright). At run time NNPM fetches tiles from the server named by map_tiles_url, or draws a plain grid when map_offline is set.

Python and Debian packages are not vendored; they are installed from the lock files in requirements/ (or from the local mirror built from them) under their own licences. The HeadSplit runtime is an external repository that provisioning installs on the devices at a pinned commit; it is not part of this repository.
