Implementation of SentencesPage, the Sentences tab of the settings dialog.

QString from_view(std::string_view text)
Converts registry text to a QString.
The registry holds its ids, descriptions, group names and talkers as std::string_view values, which need not be null-terminated, so the length is passed explicitly.
