The map view of the desktop application, MapWidget, and the scale bar it draws.
Source src/app/map/map_widget.hpp
MapWidget paints OpenStreetMap-style raster tiles from a TileCache and draws the vessel, its track, a loaded route, the destination and the overlays over them in the same pass, as ADR 0010 decides. scale_bar picks the round distance the scale bar shows.
