MainWindow, the top-level window of the desktop application.

The window hosts a io::SimulationRunner and shows its state in a dashboard, a map, a sentence console and an outputs table; its menus, toolbar and keyboard shortcuts are the only entry points that change the profile or the run, as ADR 0009 decides.
